I have a call into Chapell Music to see if the complaints made by this person on their behalf are also illegal/unauthorized (I will not mention you of course.)
I'll keep you in the loop.
But if it turns out that they are bogus, it would help the cause to rid the world of this irritant by making a Blogger Help complaint against this person before we all lose our blogs.

Hi DFS,
I have been palgued at RFW with DMCA complaints placed by Ebay Wise.
I have found that at least 37 of these complaints are unauthorized and illegal.
I noticed that you were also hit by this person on April 9, 2011:
